During this year's season there are many exciting things to discover from the world of nature, wild animals and hunting in Landshut Castle. And with the new special exhibition, Landshut will once again be a fairytale castle for young and old this year!
The zoologist Irene Weinberger will provide you with interesting information on the subject of “Small wild animals in the settlement area” during one of the evening tours on certain Thursday evenings from May to September between "Znacht and Bettmümpfeli."
As part of this year's special exhibition «The beautiful Melusina - The moated castle Landshut and the forbidden view», the fantastic journey leads to Landshut's lord of the castle Thuringia von Ringoltingen and into the world of the late Middle Ages. From May 9th to October 17th, 2021 in the Kornhaussaal of the castle.
There was always a lot to do «for the maid Emma at the bailiff's castle», but she was also very close to current events 300 years ago, and knows how to tell about love, suffering, the “bailiff” and her own little joys. Film soirées in the Castle court

This gripping feature film by Christian Petzold. D/F 2020 and other films can be seen at this year's open air film soiré from August 27, 2021 on the big screen in the courtyard.
